Biography

Joanne is an Information Management professional, working as a business liaison to ensure clients get the most out of their investments in technology. Joanne has 10 years of experience in web project management, specializing in the intranet space. There’s more to making an intranet work than technology, and Joanne’s focus is in providing enabling tools and processes for effective online communication and collaboration.

Over the past two years Endo has doubled in size through acquisition. Joanne’s primary responsibility is to help the intranet evolve to keep up with this growth. Some of the things she has  focused on: establishing a monthly training program for content contributors, identifying business sponsorship for the intranet and creating a governance structure, and also hosting weekly “intranet office hours” where people with issues or questions can get face to face help.
