Hotel
There are many hotels near the conference venue. Some hotels with rooms still available are The Windsor Suites, The Radisson, The Westin or use Hotels.com. If you are having problems securing a room, please call us!

Cancellation
You can cancel for free until 30 days before the start of the conference. If you cancel later we’ll deduct a 25% handling fee. If you are unable to attend, you can always give your conference pass to a colleague.
Please inform us in writing no later than May 1, 2012 if you wish to make changes. After this date, we’ll charge a $50 handling fee.
